Challenge

Create a cross-platform TV Everywhere solution for a major telecom operator serving millions of subscribers across Smart TVs, web, desktop, and mobile.

Solution

I designed a modular architecture with shared business logic layer and platform-specific UIs. Integrated HLS/DASH streaming, Electron for desktop, and comprehensive EPG for 200+ channels.

Results

Platform serves 80M+ viewers. Achieved 60% automated QA coverage on Smart TVs. Reduced churn and increased ARPU through improved UX.
