Challenge

Build a scalable multi-tenant video streaming platform supporting VOD, live playback, and DRM across 8 platforms for a broadcasting company.

Solution

I implemented multi-DRM protection (Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay), multi-CDN architecture for high availability, and adaptive bitrate streaming across all target platforms.

Results

Deployed across 8 platforms serving viewers in 12+ countries. Multi-DRM and multi-CDN architecture handles 99.9% uptime during live events.
